Pitch School

Pitching is an essential skill in creative work. Whether it’s an idea, a story, a show or a deal- they all need to be pitched before they can happen.

That’s where our Pitch School comes in. If you’ve got a story that matters, we can help you shape it into a winning pitch.

Personal Branding

Like it or not, you already have a ‘personal brand’. Others have perceptions of you already- your personality, achievements, track record and values- so your task is to take charge over how you would like to be perceived and articulate your personal brand. This course is intended to provoke, inspire and inform your next stage of career and business development through the exploration of personal branding.

How to be an Effective Creative Leader

The three workshops of How to be an Effective Creative Leader aim to develop the interpersonal and intrapersonal capabilities to nurture creativity as a leader. Interpersonally, the focus is on developing a social environment conducive of creative outcomes including conversational intelligence skills, developing psychological safety and coaching skills. Intrapersonally, the focus is on developing one’s own realistic optimism, emotional intelligence, and growth mindsets.
