Matthew oversees Vista Group’s product, innovation, brand and marketing strategy, aligning business strategy with market trends, bringing together client insight, data science, innovation, product, research and marketing to ensure Vista’s innovation and product development is client-centric and valuable.

Prior to this Group role, Matthew joined Movio in 2014 in LA to expand Movio’s presence in the Americas. He relocated to Auckland in 2019 to become Movio’s Chief Operating Officer, accountable for operational performance and profitability. Before joining Movio, Matthew held senior positions at leading cinema exhibitors in Australia and New Zealand, was a consultant to the entertainment and media sector for PwC, and served two terms on the Board of Screen Australia.

Sue is one of Australia’s most successful screen producers with a track record of producing award winning feature and documentary films including the smash hit The Dressmaker, one of Australia’s all-time highest grossing films. Sue is committed to engaging and empowering audiences with ideas that matter. Her innovative rights management company, Film Art Media develops and distributes screen content across many platforms including The Edge of The Possible, Jill Bilcock Dancing The Invisible, Brazen Hussies and Anonymous Club Courtney Barnett.

Sue’s outstanding 35-year contribution to the Australian screen industry has been recognised in numerous ways and in 2019 Sue was appointed as an Officer (AO) of the Order of Australia for distinguished service to the Australian film industry as a producer, and through roles with professional bodies.
